Method
- Marinate the chicken with yogurt, turmeric, chili powder, salt, and ginger-garlic paste. Rest for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil and butter in a pan, add onions, and sauté until golden. Stir in tomato puree, garam masala, and a pinch of salt. Cook until the oil separates.
