FAMOUS RECIPES FOR BONELESS CHICKEN BREAST
INDIAN CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA
INGREDIENTS
- 1 – chopped tomatoes.
- 4 – tablespoons of yogurt.
- 2 clove garlic.
- 1 piece of ginger chopped.
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
- 1 onion chopped.
- 2 tablespoons of masala curry paste.
- 2 packets of zorabian boneless chicken breast, salt and freshly ground black pepper, and ¼ cup of water.
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves.
METHOD
- In a blender, mix the tomatoes, yogurt, garlic, and ginger until smooth.
- In a large frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the onion and cook, stirring constantly, for a few minutes. Stir in the curry paste and cook for another minute, or until aromatic, stirring once or twice. Mix together the tomato mixture and the chicken in the pan. Salt & pepper to taste. Turn off the heat in the pan.
- In a mixing basin, combine the flour and the water. Stir into the frying pan’s chicken mixture. Return the pan to the heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring regularly. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for another 15 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened. Serve with a garnish of cilantro.
ASIAN ORANGE CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp orange juice.
- 1/4 cup lemon juice.
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar.
- 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root.
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic.
- 2 ½ tablespoons soy sauce.
- 1 cup packed brown sugar.
- 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root.
- 2 chopped onion.
- 1/4 tbsp red pepper flakes.
- 3 tbsp cornstarch.
- 2 tbsp water.
FOR CHICKEN
- 1 cup all-purpose flour.
- 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
- 3 tablespoons olive oil.
- 1 packet zorabian boneless chicken breasts 450g.
METHOD
- Set a pot over medium-high heat with 1 1/2 cups of water, orange juice, lemon juice, rice vinegar, and soy sauce. Combine brown sugar, ginger, garlic, diced onion, and red pepper flakes in a large mixing bowl. Bring the water to a boil. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Place the chicken pieces in a plastic bag that may be resealed. Pour 1 cup of sauce into a bag once the contents of the saucepan have cooled. Save the rest of the sauce. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours after sealing the bag.
- Combine the flour, salt, and pepper in a separate resealable plastic bag. Seal the bag and shake it to coat the marinated chicken pieces.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Place chicken into the skillet, and brown on both sides. - Combine the cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of water in a mixing bowl; stir into the sauce. Reduce the heat to low, add the chicken pieces, and cook, stirring periodically, for about 5 minutes.
