Ingredients For the chicken

  • 500 to 600 g Boneless Chicken Breast or Cubes (cut into medium pieces)

  • 1 tbsp oil

For the curry

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 large onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 medium tomatoes (pureed or finely chopped)
