  • Six chicken sausages
  • Two medium onions
  • One tablespoon of oil
  • One large green capsicum
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of red chilli sauce
  • Two tablespoons of Schezwan chutney
  • Five to six fresh coriander sprigs

Step 1: Make small cubes of onions.

Step 2: Onions are sautéed in oil in a non-stick wok until they are soft. Capsicums should be chopped into small pieces.

Step 3: By halving the sausages, you can make crosswise slits at both ends without cutting the entire sausage piece.

Step 4: Once the onions have caramelized, add the green chillies and continue to sauté for a minute. Capsicum pieces should be added and mixed. Make a well-mixed sauce with the sausage, soy sauce, and red chilli sauce.

Step 5: Adding Schezwan chutney will enhance the flavor. Coriander leaves should be chopped and mixed well.
