Here are the ingredients you will require for our easy-peasy chicken salami pasta salad

  • Cut 1 red capsicum (pepper) into strips
  • Cut one green pepper (capsicum) into strips
  • The stalks of four celery, sliced
  • Trimmed and sliced one fennel bulb
  • The onion should be sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • 155 grams of chicken spicy salami which should be chopped into thick strips
  • A large handful of chopped flat-leaf parsley or use the dried variety
  • Boiled fettuccine approx. 350 gms

Dressing

  • 4 spoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of squeezed lemon juice

  1. In a large bowl, combine the capsicum, celery, fennel, onion, salami, and parsley.
