Masses are always up for international cuisine all the time. Different cuisine has their own magic. People like to sink their teeth into different shades of chicken recipes. But Lemon Chicken, isn’t a bad option either?
Just imagine spicy chicken along with a tangy citric twist of lemons. Some folks cherish this dish. The beauty of this dish is that you can have it as a main course or as a starter.

Creamy Honey Lemon Chicken:
- 1 packet – Zorabian’s Chicken Breast Boneless – 450 gms
- ¼ Cup of Olive oil
- ½ tsp of Salt
- ½ tsp of Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp of Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp of Italian Herbs
- 1 tsp of Red Chili Flakes
- 4-5 pcs of Crushed Garlic
- 2 tbsp of Butter
- 1 tbsp of Maida
- 1 cup of Milk
- 2 pcs of Cheese Cubes
- 2 tbsp of Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp of Honey
- 1 pc of medium Onion
- Use Red & Yellow Bell Peppers
- 5-6 pcs of medium Broccoli
- 5-6 pcs of medium cauliflower
- Medium-size potato wedges
- Firstly wash the chicken thoroughly with salt water. After that, pound the breast piece and flatten it.
- Marinate the chicken well with salt, cumin seeds, Italian herbs, and red chilli flakes along with other spices, and refrigerate it.
- Use a pan, add some butter, Maida, and some milk and stir it on flame for 1-2 minutes
- However add some spices like salt, black pepper, and cheese cubes. Similarly, continue to cook till you get desired consistency.
- To add more flavour add some honey, lemon juice and mix it well and keep it aside.
- Steamed veggies like cauliflower, broccoli, and potato wedges are essential for health purposes.
- Heat oil in a skillet and place marinated chicken for sauteing cook on slow flame for approx. 4-5 minutes. After that, keep turning the chicken occasionally till you get a brownish hue.
- Once done plate the chicken and pour hot creamy lemon honey sauce generously over it. Place some hot steamed veggies around it.
- Serve with Steamed Rice OR Garlic Bread

- When you buy a Zorabian’s Chicken Breast Boneless. Firstly, please slice cut it in half & pound it thin. After that, it will help absorb the marinade better and taste better.
- Keep an eye on the temperature. It’s ideal for cooking on low flame to get that perfect brownish hue
- It’s fine to modify the cream, milk, chicken broth, or lemon juice quantity.
