OMELETTE
INGREDIENTS:

Zorabian Pahadi Marinate 500 grams.

8 eggs.

3 Cheese Cubes – Grated.
-
Spring Onion Leaves (optional).
-
1 teaspoon Chilli powder.
-
Salt and pepper as per taste.

Oil for cooking.
PAHADI TIKKA
CHEESE OMELETTE
INGREDIENTS:

Zorabian Pahadi Marinate 500 grams.

8 eggs.
-
3 Cheese Cubes – Grated.
-
Spring Onion Leaves (optional).

1 teaspoon Chilli powder.
-
Salt and pepper as per taste.

Oil for cooking.
METHOD:
-
Cut Pahadi Chicken marinates into small pieces.
-
Heat oil and cook the Chicken marinate till done and gets little brown.
-
In a bowl mix eggs, cheese, salt, pepper & red chilli powder.
-
Heat the flat pan and put oil on it. Pour a little egg mixture and spread it to make the omelette thin.
-
Make sure you cook only one side of it.
-
Remove the omelette from the pan and put the cooked marinate pieces in the centre.

Roll the omelette and cut it into 2-3 pieces.

Add spring onion leaves if available. Serve hot.
