If the customer has next-day delivery slot, the order can be cancelled by 9PM only. If the customer cancels the order by 9PM, a full refund (including delivery charges, if any) will be processed by the organisation and money will be reflected in the customer’s bank account within 5-7 working days. After 9PM, the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
For example, if the customer has opted for a delivery slot of 10am to 1pm – 4th December 2020, then to be eligible to get the full refund the customer must cancel the order by 9PM – 3rd December 2020. Beyond 9PM – 3rd December 2020, the order can be cancelled but the customer won’t be eligible for any refund.
