  • Cooking time: 20-30 mins

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 gms Zorabian Lahori Marinate.

  • 2 Onion Finely chopped.

  • Onion seeds / Kalonji.

  • Coriander Leaves.

Wheat Dough

  • 1 Cup Wheat Flour.

  • 1/2 Cup Curd.

  • Salt (as per taste).

  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar.

  • 1 Tablespoon Oil.

  • Water (as per consistency).

  • Cooking time: 20-30 mins

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 gms Zorabian Lahori Marinate.

  • 2 Onion Finely chopped.

  • Onion seeds / Kalonji.

  • Coriander Leaves.

Wheat Dough

  • 1 Cup Wheat Flour.

  • 1/2 Cup Curd.

  • Salt (as per taste).

  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar.

  • 1 Tablespoon Oil.

  • Water (as per consistency).

METHOD:

  • Put Lahori Marinate in the mixer and grind it into small kheema-like pieces.

  • Pan cook the Kheema Lahori Marinate for 10-15 mins till done.

  • Add onions & Chat masala to the kheema and keep aside.

  • Make a dough and divide the same into 4 portions.

  • Flatten the dough and add one tablespoon of kheema mixture in the middle. Close the sides and roll with dough with the help of a rolling pic.

  • On one side of Kulcha sprinkle onion seeds & Coriander leaves press it.

  • Turn the Kulcha and put little water on the plain side.

  • Heat the pan and put the kulcha with the moist side down.

  • Turn the tawa upside down direct to the flame and cook on one side.

  • Then with help of thongs cook on direct flame.

  • Apply Butter & Serve hot with curd.
