PAHADI TIKKA

  • Cooking time: 20-30 mins

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 gms Zorabian Pahadi Marinate.

  • 1 Cup Curds1 Teaspoon Ginger garlic paste.

  • 1 Onion thinly sliced.

  • 1 Small bunch Coriander finely chopped.

  • 2 Teaspoon Biryani Masala ( Mix with water).

  • 1 Handful Dried Kasuri Methi.

  • 1 Tej Pata.

  • 4 Cloves.

  • 1 teaspoon Saunf.

  • 2 Potatoes.

  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli.

  • 1 teaspoon Tumeric.

  • Salt.

  • 2 Cup Half cooked Rice.

  • Oil or Ghee for cooking.

  • Salt as per taste.

  • 2 Teaspoon Biryani Masala ( Mix with water).

METHOD:

  • Cut Zorabian Pahadi Tikka chicken into smaller pieces and keep aside in a bowl.

  • Make a mixture of Besan and Curd with no lumps and keep aside.

  • Heat oil in a pan & and add little butter.

  • Add all ingredients mentioned in tempering.

  • Add chopped Coriander leaves.

  • Then add onions fry till translucent, then add tomatoes and cook for five minutes.

  • Add all spices and mix the ingredients well.

  • Put the cut chicken pieces in the pan. Add water according.

  • Add salt as per taste and close the lid and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.

  • Serve with hot rice or roti.
