  • 3 Slices of Bread.

  • 250 gms Breast Boneless.

  • Lettuce leaf.

  • Paprika.

  • Salt and Pepper.

  • Olive Oil and Butter.

  • Cooking time: 25-30 mins

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 Slices of Bread.

  • 250 gms Breast Boneless.

  • Lettuce leaf.

  • Paprika.

  • Salt and Pepper.

  • Olive Oil and Butter.

METHOD:

  • Cut the boneless chicken into small pieces.

  • Add Olive Oil to a pan. add the chicken pieces to grill them till they turn golden brown. Add salt, coarsely crushed pepper or pepper powder, and a little paprika powder. Keep the chicken mixture aside.

  • Cut the bread slice diagonally. Apply butter lightly and place a lettuce leaf on the bread.

  • Mix mayonnaise and chicken mixture together in a bowl.

  • Layer the mixture between bread with lettuce leaf as shown in the picture.

  • A tasty and healthy Chicken Mayo Sandwich is ready in minutes.
