CHEESE
OMELETTE

  • Cooking time: 25-30 mins

INGREDIENTS:

  • Zorabian Pahadi Marinate 500 grams.

  • 8 eggs.

  • 3 Cheese Cubes – Grated.

  • Spring Onion Leaves (optional).

  • 1 teaspoon Chilli powder.

  • Salt and pepper as per taste.

  • Oil for cooking.

PAHADI TIKKA
CHEESE OMELETTE

  • Cooking time: 25-30 mins

INGREDIENTS:

  • Zorabian Pahadi Marinate 500 grams.

  • 8 eggs.

  • 3 Cheese Cubes – Grated.

  • Spring Onion Leaves (optional).

  • 1 teaspoon Chilli powder.

  • Salt and pepper as per taste.

  • Oil for cooking.

METHOD:

  • Cut Pahadi Chicken marinates into small pieces.

  • Heat oil and cook the Chicken marinate till done and gets little brown.

  • In a bowl mix eggs, cheese, salt, pepper & red chilli powder.

  • Heat the flat pan and put oil on it. Pour a little egg mixture and spread it to make the omelette thin.

  • Make sure you cook only one side of it.

  • Remove the omelette from the pan and put the cooked marinate pieces in the centre.

  • Roll the omelette and cut it into 2-3 pieces.

  • Add spring onion leaves if available. Serve hot.
